Cancellation and Refund Policy

Market Makers Academy (Effective for all enrolments from the date of publication)

1. Non-Refundable Course Fee The entire course fee amount paid at the time of enrolment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once payment has been successfully processed and enrolment is confirmed.
2. No Cancellation of Enrolment Once registration and payment are completed and the participant receives the confirmation message containing the course schedule, Zoom link, and access to study materials, the enrolment is considered final and cannot be cancelled by the participant for any reason, including but not limited to:
3. • Change of mind or personal circumstances
   • Inability to attend live sessions
   • Scheduling conflicts
   • Health or travel issues
   • Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
   • Failure to utilise the free 6-month Ethical Screener access or any other benefits
3. No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or non-completion of the any program, regardless of whether the participant has attended zero, one, or multiple sessions.
4. Transfer of Enrolment Not Permitted Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. The seat, course materials, Zoom access, and free 6-month Ethical Screener subscription cannot be transferred to another individual.
5. Exceptional Circumstances No exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical emergencies, family emergencies, technical issues, or force majeure events. Participants are advised to evaluate their availability and commitment thoroughly before making payment.
6. Complimentary Benefits Remain Non-Refundable Access to the Ethical Screener platform (www.ethicalscreener.com), study materials, recordings (if provided), and any other complimentary resources are integral parts of the program and do not carry separate monetary value. No refund or compensation will be provided if the participant chooses not to utilise these benefits.
7. Payment Confirmation Implies Acceptance By completing the payment and accepting the enrolment confirmation, the participant explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this no-cancellation and non-refundable policy in its entirety.
8. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from enrolment or payment shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts in [City/Jurisdiction of Market Makers Academy] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Market Makers Academy reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. The version applicable at the time of your payment shall govern your enrolment.
