Any content of any nature provided by Market Makers Academy (Effective for all enrolments & services)

By registering, making payment, and participating in the any program & services, you (the Participant) unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of the Program Any course is an independent educational training program offered by Market Makers Academy, a private entity. It is designed solely for knowledge dissemination and financial literacy purposes. Nothing taught, discussed, or provided constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, financial planning, or Shariah advisory.
2. Course Identity and Modifications Market Makers Academy reserves the unrestricted right at any time and without prior notice to:
3. • Change the name or branding of the Course
   • Modify, add, remove, or reorganise modules, topics, or content
   • Alter the mode of delivery (live Zoom, pre-recorded videos, hybrid, in-person, or any other format)
   • Change the total duration, number of sessions, session timings, or schedule
   • Replace, substitute, or remove any promised resource, benefit, or platform (including but not limited to the Ethical Screener access period, features, or availability)
   • Revise the course fee for future batches (the fee paid by you at the time of enrolment remains fixed for your batch only)
   • Discontinue the Course entirely for future enrolments

No compensation, refund, or adjustment shall be provided for any such changes.

3. Course Fee and Payment
4. • The applicable fee for any content or course is payable in full at the time of registration.
   • All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.
   • Payment confirms immediate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5. • Enrolment is final and irreversible upon successful payment.
   • No cancellation, refund (full or partial), or credit note will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, personal emergencies, health concerns, dissatisfaction with content, or inability to complete the program.
5. Complimentary Benefits
6. • 6-month access to the Ethical Screener platform (www.ethicalscreener.com), study materials, and any other resources are provided on an “as-is” basis and form an integral part of the program.
   • These benefits have no independent monetary value and cannot be exchanged, extended beyond its time limit, or claimed separately.
6. Certification
7. • A Course Completion Certificate will be issued by Market Makers Academy upon satisfactory participation emailed on registered email id provided by participant at the time of payment.
   • Guidance for the optional, free NISM Investor Awareness Test is provided purely as educational support. Market Makers Academy is not affiliated with NISM or SEBI and does not conduct or certify the NISM examination.
7. Intellectual Property All course content, presentations, study materials, Ethical Screener platform data, recordings (if any), and related resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Market Makers Academy. Reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial use by participants is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability Market Makers Academy, its instructors, employees, or associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the course, use of the Ethical Screener platform, or application of knowledge gained.
9. No Guarantees No guarantees are made regarding financial returns, investment success, job opportunities, or any specific outcomes from attending the program.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Amendment Market Makers Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The version applicable at the time of your payment shall govern your enrolment.

By proceeding with registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Indemnity Clause

Indemnification

By enrolling in the RISE-with-EQUITY course, accessing any related materials, using the Ethical Screener platform (www.ethicalscreener.com), attending live or recorded sessions, or interacting with Market Makers Academy in any manner, you (the Participant) agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

• Market Makers Academy,
• its proprietors, directors, instructors, employees, agents, affiliates, and associates

from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal and attorney fees), penalties, or judgments of whatsoever nature, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with:

1. Your use or misuse of any knowledge, information, tools, screening results, or purification calculations obtained from the course or the Ethical Screener platform;
2. Any investment, trading, or financial decision made by you (or on your behalf) based wholly or partly on the educational content provided;
3. Any financial loss, capital erosion, missed opportunity, or adverse outcome resulting from market movements, even if examples or case studies were discussed during the program;
4. Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while applying the concepts learned;
5. Any misrepresentation by you that the course content, Ethical Screener output, or certificate constitutes certified investment advice, financial advisory, or formal Shariah/fatwa certification;
6. Any breach by you of the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other policy of Market Makers Academy.

You explicitly acknowledge that Market Makers Academy provides purely educational and informational content and does not render investment advice, trading recommendations, or certified Shariah rulings. You assume complete and sole responsibility for all your financial actions and decisions.

This indemnity shall survive the completion or termination of the course and shall continue in full force and effect thereafter.

By making payment and enrolling, you irrevocably accept this Indemnity Clause in its entirety.
