Shipping & Delivery Policy
Market Makers Academy
- Nature of the Product Our course or any other type of content is a 100% digital / online program. There are no physical goods, books, printed certificates, USB drives, or any tangible items that require shipping or courier delivery.
- Delivery of Course Access Upon successful payment and enrolment confirmation:
- You will instantly or within 72 hours, receive (via WhatsApp/email): • Detailed course schedule • Zoom/any other platform meeting links for all live/pre-recorded sessions • Login credentials or direct access to study materials • 6-month complimentary access link to the Ethical Screener platform (www.ethicalscreener.com)
- All materials and benefits are delivered electronically. No postal or courier service is involved.
- Certificate Delivery
- The Course Completion Certificate issued by Market Makers Academy will be sent digitally (PDF format) via email or WhatsApp within 7–10 working days after the final session (subject to satisfactory participation).
- No hard-copy/physical certificate will be printed or shipped unless explicitly offered as an optional paid add-on in the future (which is not part of the current package).
- No Physical Shipping Address Required During registration you are not required to provide any shipping or postal address because nothing is physically dispatched.
- Technical or Delay Issues In rare cases of technical delays in providing access links or materials, Market Makers Academy will resolve the issue within 48–72 hours. No refund or compensation is applicable for such minor delays since the entire fee is non-refundable.
By enrolling and making payment, you acknowledge and accept that this is a fully digital program with zero physical shipping involved and that all access and deliverables are provided electronically.
